Re: Belaer Tatra
So, today I've come this far:
English: Belianske Tatras =
Slovak: Belianske Tatry =
Czech: Belianské Tatry =
German: Belaer Tatra
is a mountain range in the Eastern Tatras in North Central Slovakia. Eastern Tatras. Eastern tatras are part of the Tatra Mountains, which are part of the Carpathian Mountains.
Bealer Tatra is just a German name for Belianske Tatry in Slovakia and so this geographical name is - at least for me - wrong.
(I decided to stick as close to original geographical names as possible! But that's another story.)

Re: Belaer Tatra
You can find there Jovibarba globifera subsp. hirta var. preissiana and seldom Sempervivum montanum subsp. carpathicum. But...
But this part of Tatra is almost closed (since 1978) except for 3 trails. Reason - small population of chamois and nature conservation. I think, it is very strict - only for displacement of people from the mountains.
The main range is only 14 kilometres long.
The same situation is in the Vysoké Tatry.
