Jovibarba hirta f/Bulgaria - what the heck is this?!

The word "f/Bulgaria" does NOT EXIST in any language. This is an uncorrect abbreviation for "from Bulgaria".

The question is pointless anyway, as Jovibarba hirta does not occur in Bulgaria. Heuffelii is the only Jovibarba growing in that country.

Some claim J. hirta grows in Carpathians - so not in Bulgaria. Where does this plant come from?!

Yes, Jov. hirta grows in the northern and eastern Carpathians in Romania, but not as far south as Bulgaria.

The plant Jov. hirta f/Bulgaria is nonsense and is best discarded.
