Could this be S. ciliosum?

Could this be S. ciliosum?

I obtained this plant as a gift. It was labelled S. ciliosum. I also have S. ciliosum "Borisii", which is really very different. The difference makes me doupt: is this plant really a S. ciliosum or is it something else = a lost-label plant?
