Does the "TO,ET147" stands for field collection number or what?

The abbreviation TO belongs to the place name. It refers to the Italian province of Torino, like AO refers to the province of Aosta.
And ET, of course, refers to our good friend Ento, Ennio Toso, member of this forum.
