Quintessence
It looked like this in April 2008:
Breeder: Edward Skrocki, USA, 1970 (?)
There are two different plants spreaded under that name - one in USA (dark tips, very hairy) and the other one in Europe.
Quintessence means "perfect specimen".

I have a non-hairy plant of Quintessence - it grows very large. Colouring is the same as yours but the leaves of mine look more elongated - maybe it has just had too much fertiliser last year
