Irazu is one of the small sized cultivars - it will only grow to have diamether of 4 cm.

I like very much the small Sempervivums. I prefer these to the bigger ones

My Irazu is identical to Renata's plant. Very pretty - one of my favourites. All semps and jovis look different in different places, at different times and with different growing conditions, however. I made the mistake of adding too much slow-release fertiliser when repotting last year and ended up with much bigger, softer plants with diluted colouring. They were horrible!
