Cuevas De Sil in Spain is a habitat of S. cantabricum.

S. cantabricum from this habitat was first described by J.A. Huber in 1934.

- Sempervivum cantabricum ssp. cantabricum from Cuevas del Sil J.A. Huber (1934)

Cuevas de Sil is located at altitude of 950 m above sea level in Spanish region Castilla y León (English: Castile and León). Castilla y León is an autonomous community in north-eastern Spain.
