On many grovers' list I've seen it listed as "S. kosanini from Visitor, Yugoslavia".
There is no such country as Yugslavia anymore, but Visitor still exists. This is a mountain in Montenegro, an idendependent state that used to be a part of former Yugoslavia.
Plant coming from Andre Smits' collection is labeled as "S. kosaninii from Visitor AS 997"

About Visitor:
Visitor is located in the northeastern part of Montenegro, in the northwest side of the Plavsko Lake, near the town of Plav.
It is a very steep mountain, the highest peak is Plana (2.211m).
