S.x comollii was first described by Rota and it is a S.tectorum and S.wulfenii hybrid.
Wrong name for it is S. x comollii Rota (Rota is the name of the botanist that described the specie and it is never part of the name!).

S. x albidum - classified by Georg Friedrich Schnittspahn & Carl Bernhard Lehmann in 1850
S. x calcaratum - classified by John Gilbert Baker in 1874
S. x huteri - classified by Hausnr. ex Seboth & Graf in 1880
S. x widderi - classified by Carl Berhnard Lehmann & Georg Friedrich Schnittspahn in 1860
