Mesihovina (BiH)

Mesihovina is a village in Bosnia and Hercegovina. My friend Maja Maslać

took a photo o Sempervivums around that place last winter 5.2.2013.

 Not sure about the species. I think it's S.marmoreum. What do you think?

Marko, thank You for the photos. The plants belongs to the species Sempervivum marmoreum, concretely to Sempervivum marmoreum var. dinaricum. It is a shame that there are no summer photos of the plant. If the rosettes are open, it is easier to determine them. The hairs disappear during the spring.
