The description of Sempervivum minus Turrill var. glabrum Wale given by Peter J. Mitchell in The Sempervivum Society Journal Volume 5 (1974), No. 4:
"Rosette 1.5 to 2.3 cm in diameter, rosette leaves 9.5 mm long by 4 mm broad, glabrous when mature, leaves purple based. Flowers pale greenish-yellow."
