Sir William Lawrence
This is how David T. Ford described S. tectorum var. calcareum 'SIR WILLIAM LAWRENCE' in The Sempervivum Society Journal Volume 4 (1973), No. 4:
" A striking calcareum form, very near 'MRS GIUSEPPI', has much darker reddish black leaf tips. If grown fairly dry in the full sun there is no variation of colour all the year."
