Black Top?
I guess this is "Black Top" but I'm not sure ... Have you any idea?
Who would be the breeder?

I think that there are several plants sold as "black top" and if you "guess" I am afraid that it will stay a "guess". there are so many cultivars around that you can never be sure of the identity of a plant which you obtain "without name". Unfortunately there are many plants which look almost identical.
The only way to figure out what your plant is, is to ask the person from who you got it. Or if you can get a name of a nursery: check which cultivars this norsery grows.
In most cases, a no-name plant will stay a no-name plant forever. Frustrating, i know.
