Sempervivum montanum L.x S. wulfeniii Hope = S. huteri Hausm., that was collected by Treffer in Luttach (Tyrol) as native species in year 1896, is being cultivated in Wienna botanical garden.
Luttach is a village located at the entrance of the Ahrntal at the foot of the 3.368 m high Schwarzenstein, South Tyrol, Austria.
