Cuenca del río Manzanares - means Manzanares River Basin - in Spain is reported to be a habitat of S. vicentei. This is an area close to Madrid.

The exact location is not given.

About Manzanares river:

It is 83 km long. It has its source in the Guadarrama mountain range. The upper river basin is protected as the Parque Regional de la Cuenca Alta del Manzanares - so this migh be the place where to look for Sempervivums. On it's journey the river passes thru Madrid.
