What the heck is this?!

Plant is labeled as

J. hirta glabrescens "Ottawa"
or
J. hirta glabrescens ex Ottawa

Ottawa is the capital of Canada, it is located in province of Ontario. No doubt no Jovibarbas grow there.

There's another place called Ottawa in Illinios, and an Ottawa county in Kansas, both USA. Not a Jovibarba habitat either. I have no knowledge of places called Ottawa in area where Jovibarbas occur in the nature.

We can conlude Ottawa is not ment as a habitat here.

Maybe the plant is comming from Ottawa botanical garden?

Maybe the plant is comming from a private collector in Ottawa?

Maybe J. hirta glabrescens "Ottawa" means the plant is comming from a nursery in Ottawa?
