Why do I hate mailing lists?

I simply HATE mailing lists of any kind!

Few weeks ago I ordered some Sempervivums at a nursery for the first time.

It is a nursery from an EU member state country!

I give them my real name, address etc ... along with my email. After all, they got to know where to send the parcel.

They have a mailing list but since I prefer to check the page for newelties now and than I did dot register.

And than came Sunday morning ...

Surprise, surprise!

I got a mail from the nursery - my real name and family name along with my email address was "acompanied" with some 30 other people's datas (name, family name, email!) this mail had been sent to.

Remember - I did not applied for mailing list so what I got was a 100% .

And if as this was not enought they also revealed my real identity to some 30 complete strangers!



I wonder do they know what privacy policy is at all!

I asked them not to do it again, but few weeks ago they did it once again.

I really do not know the reason for that, but I find it really disrespective to the customers not to care about their personal information and give the names and emails away to complete strangers this way.

Once again I asked not to do this again, and this time I was not polite ...
