Description by the breederas it was published in Sempervivum Fanciers Association Newsletter - Vol. XIII, No. 4:
"'Minaret' was the bluest of the silvers from this group of seedlings an is one of my personal favorites. It has a many-leaved rosette of quite a blue-silver colour, and the leaves sort of twist upright similar to the minarets of the Near East."
