PARENT PLANTS
Sempervivum cantabricum (SM1022) was pollinated with pollen taken from crossing of S. arachnoideum x S. nevadense (SM1167) and was the best looking of 11 seedlings from this sown. This was in 1975. Plant was introduced 4 years later.

DESCRIPTION
Rosettes are 3 to 4 cm in diamether, dark red, hairy - looking silver - like.
