Splendens Perfecta Empty Splendens Perfecta

A Norwegian nursery that is listing Sempervivum cv. Canadaense and Sempervivum cv. Splendens Perfecta.

Does anyone have any idea what plants are these two? New cultivars or just made up names for plain old semps?
