Ucka - correctly written Učka - in Istra peninsula, Croatia is a habitat of S. tectorum.

Učka si 20 km long mountain range. The highest peak in Učka is 1396 m above sea level and it is the highest mountain in Istra / Istria.

Thank You for the picture. This plant belongs to Sempervivum tectorum -> Sempervivum tectorum var. tectorum.
