i dont have too much experience with ebay--maybe a store could be inactive, and then reactivate in the growing season? i dont know...
the ebay link for 'private collector u.s.' was also inactive, i think..
on a positive note, i looked at cavendish semps, canada, recently, and they have a new list, including more plants with location data than what they had before, so i am very happy, i will make a nice order from them in the spring..
