Doll's Garden Empty Doll's Garden

It is supposed to be S. tectorum cultivar and you can buy it here:

I have not seen a plant named Doll's Garden listed before. Any idea what might this be? A Russain hybrid?

I found this info for Doll's Garden: Joy Cumine / GB / 1989

Squaw Mountain and Volkmar Volkmar Schara have photos of it on Horst Diehm's site.
