Sempervivum octopodes apetalum exist !
The good name is Sempervivum ciliosum subsp. octopodes var. apetalum and your plant looks like !

Have you got new pics about the 2nd plant ?

S. ciliosum octopodes live in Mt Pelister and is a plant with normal flowers.
S. cilosum octopodes var. apetalum live also in Mt Pelister in the same place than S. cilosum octopodes but this is a oddity with abnormal flowers.

i've said "I've unfortunately just got S. ciliosum octopodes var apetalum" ... i add : is not so bad !! cos it seems disappeared in Pelister mountain :(
In culture, in rockgarden, var. apetalum seemsgrowing hardly ! I've just got 4 plants since 2 years !
Last october, i put one of them in pot to protect this specie to winter moisture.
All plants are well today... hoping good vegetative propagation to spare with who wants
