S. x degenianum was first described by Domokos and it is a crossing of S.marmoreum and S.ruthenicum.

Sempervivum x degenianum described Domokos, Hungarian botanist. The site is located on Mount Treskovac near the Danube and borders with the Republic of Serbia. According to different data, especially from Domokos to find a mountain locality Sempervivum banaticum (marmoreum?? - Unverified), and even zeleborii S. S. erythraeum, which is stupid, it grows in the cool mountains in Bulgaria. Next year I go to Romania to explore this area again, there are 6 Czech villages, so I'll be among the countrymen and plants while :-)))
