How far did you manage your registration? Maybe I can help. I migt just register you (give me an user name you want to have) and once you log in you change the password.

There is a Sempervivum starting with A, B, C .... forum there, just like this one here. They've copied the idea and since there is many advanced collectors there they've managed a great deal!

Months ago I asked them to make a forum for foreign speaking semp lovers but nothing happpend. That's why I strated this forum .... But people here seems to very shy!

German language is very difficult for me. I prefer this forum or a french forum.

This English forum is a good idea because I think that yahoo's forum is not friendly and concern many American beginners. I search a forum with passionate breeders. For me this is this forum but We must to wait some months.
We must to make publicity for our forum
We must also to understand that we aren't many breeders passionate with semp

I have a link to this forum on my blog - I can propagate my blog on other forums, while mostly administrators do not allow to propagate other forums.

I didn´t know your forum before the day I registered me.

Months ago, I had the idea, because the "diehmor" has too less pictures. In our forum, there was a disussion of "Gay Jester" ("Is this Gay Jester" or not, are the colours the right ones, or not".....
So I began thinking of a list, where all the users can send their pictures to match Semps with same names...

That´s why we began starting a list from A to Z.

We are the leader of the German "Sempervivum-Society" ( you know) and so we are in culpability to make an official list of all the Sempervivum cultivars, and a forum is the best place for it.
Memebers like Volkmar Schara, Martin Haberer, banker07 and Hans-Jörg Gensch are very helpful...

Of course you can propagade your english speaking forum in our threads, it seems that nobody had a translation for register and other speaking languages threads for the forum, so yours will be a beginning...


PS: Thanks for the registration, I don´t want to copy, perhaps this can be a team-work??...

First of all don't think I feel bad about "Semp A to Z on your forum" ... But since we did it fist I thought you copied the idea ...

If I did you any wrong I hereby APOLOGIZE!!!

But you must admit - the looks of the forums are pretty much the same, haha!!!

Like you already know, I am a member of your forum from almost the very begining and I enjoy visiting it a lot. It is hard for me to comunicate in German ... But I want to talk about semps and I want to make a forum that will be informative as well as for beginners as for the adwanced collectors.

Any contribution from you is welcome.

Perhaps you can tall about Sempervivum group at GDS or ask people to help you with the list of cultivars or anything like that.

My idea with this forum is to gather as much informations as possible. I do NOT envy other forums (note: I wrote I recomend your forum, I even helped one of the memebers here to join jour forum!!) - so if you could be a link from www.sempervivum-forum.de to this forum, this is more than I could ask for.
