S. degenianum

S. degenianum was first described by Domokos in 1936.

This name is no longer in use. The plant is now included in S. marmoreum subsp. reginae - amaliae (some say S. marmoreum subsp. reginae - amaliae degenianum)


About the name:
Hungarian name: Degen-kövirózsa
Slovene Name: Degenov netresk

Plant was named in honour of Árpád von Degen (31.3.1866 - 30.3.1934), a hungarian botanist.

Note: there is also

S. x degenianum

and

Sempervivum cv. Degenianum
