Nidže
Nidže (Macedonian name: Ниџе, Greece name: Βόρας, Voras) is a mountain range in southwestern part of Republic Macedonia and northern part of Greece. A borderline si crossing this mountain range of 900 km2 of which 1/3 is in Macedonia, the rest but in Greece.
The highest peak is Kajmakčalan - 2521 m - and sometimes whole mountain range is (wrongly) called Kajmakčelan.

S. octopodes var. cymosa grows in macedonian part od Nidže.
I could not find S. octopodes var. cymosa listed anywhere else. This might as weell be a mistaken identification. Cymosa means bearing cymes and presumably refers to the cymose flowerheads.
