Breeeder: Martin Haberer, Germany, 1977

Plant grows huge - up to 15 cm in diamether (the one on photo is planted in 7 x 7 cm pot!)

There is much fuzz about it's name: Hale Mau Mau and Hale Maumau are just wrong forms of it's name, not synonims as some would say. Martin Haberer does not list any synonim for this plant.

About the name: Halemaumau is a crater of Kilauela volcano, Hawaii, 85 methers deep and 915 methers in diamether.
