Here http://www.plantprotection.pl/PDF/47(4)/JPPR_47(4)_06_Orlikowski.pdf you can read about Phytophthora cryptogea, a microorganism that is capable of damaging or even killing your entire collection of Sempervivums - if the circumstances are right.

Around 2005 some nurseries in Poland suffered from lost of plants for varios diseases. One of them was also a perennial nursery situated in south – eastern part of Poland, as mentioned in this study. Phytophthora cryptogea was isolated from the plants, taken form that nursery.

Study mentiones following species / cultivars:
S. soculiferum
S. arachnoideum Red Papaver
S. ciliosum
S. ciliosum Borisii
Sempervivum x funeckii
S. tectorum Purpurem
Sempervivum x hybridum Odditum
Sempervivum sp. Noir
Sempervivum sp. Fidel
Sempervivum sp. Pelcolor
Sempervivum sp. Commader Hay
Sempervivum sp. Othello
Sempervivum arachnoideum Rubin
Sempervivum sp. Alladyn
Sempervivum sp. Mohogany
Sempervivum sp. Lipar
Sempervivum spinosum

I'm not sure where are this plants comming from, but one of possibilities is http://www.braciadebscy.pl/

I would strongly suggest to avoid Polish nurseries no matter how tempting the offer is.
