Orostachys japonica (Lotus Nail)

This is the most common form of O. japonica, called "Lotus Nail" in the japanese language, but rather known just as O. japonica

Here is one of my plants.
This species is sometimes listed as subspecies of O. erubescens but according to mr. Urs Eggli, O. erubescens is a synonym of O.spinosa.

It also looks very similar to O.fimbriatus so i suppose this two species are very close.
