notes	I can not find any place named Vitse. However, there are:
	Vítsa (Ano Vitsa,V itsa, Vítsa, Áno Vítsa), a village in Zagori, Ioánnina, Epirus. Coordinates: N 39° 52' 17'' E 20° 45' 1'' Greek name is Βίτσα. This is one of the largest villages of central Zagori, situated at an altitude of 955m on a mountain slope near the Vikos gorge.
