Biokovo is a mountain range in central Dalmatia (adriatic coast of Croatia), close to town called Makarska. It is 36 km long and up to 9,5 km wide.The highest peak of Biokovo is Sveti Jure (1764 m).
At Sveti Jure (Sv. Jure) there is a colony of Sempervivum marmoreum growing at 1.300 to 1.500 m.
Wrong form of name Sveti Jure is Svety Jure. In Croatian language ther is no letter Y, so name written that way is wrong.
