Breeder: Gustav van der Steen, Belgium 1979

This plant has a nice rose hue on tips of leaves (on otherwise apple green rosettes) in spring.

A must to every collection.

DESCRIPTION:

The beauty of this plant is the fact it is covered all over by fine white hairs which give it a velvety apearance.

This plant is apple green (light green) with pink flush in spring. By the end of the summer it loses all the pink and all you can see is a lovely green plant.

It grows in an open rosette form.

The pink hue resembles an apple blossom in spring. So you can see, the name is very descriptive.

The diamether of rosette is cca. 6 cm, so this is a medium sized cultivar.

WORTH HAVING!

WRONG FORM OF NAME:

Appleblossom
